Glamour Table is a server-required mod that lets players restyle the textures of their tools and weapons through a crafted table and paint brushes.
What it does
Glamour Table adds a block called the glamour table and a set of crafting recipes around it. The table is crafted from glowstone, a creaking heart, diamonds and carpet, and players prepare tools on a smithing table before using it. Paint brushes are made at the crafting table with dye, and a canvas is made at a painting table from sticks and carpet.
The base color of a canvas is set by the color of the carpet used to craft it. When a tool is placed in the glamour table, a new outline is added to its texture, and the final paint color follows the same formula that dyed armor uses. Once the texture is finished, a right click with an empty hand retrieves the item. A wet sponge on the table removes a custom texture, and the item returns to its plain form.
The mod is server required and client optional, so the server must run it while players may leave it out. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt. The latest builds target 26.3, and game versions 1.21.4 – 26.3 are listed, with snapshot builds published as well. The code is released under the MIT License, and the project is not open source.
