With Create: Genderless installed, a Create setup gains pills and assembly lines that give temporary status effects to the player who takes them.

What it does

The addon depends on Create, Create: Estrogen and Estrogen, and it works with Create addons. Its content is added through Create's assembly lines, which produce a Genderless Pill and a Genderfluid Pill from a few different processes. Each pill grants a temporary status effect called Genderless Power or Genderfluidity. Genderfluid Pills change the player's gender at random.

The Genderless Pill grants the Enby Power status effect, which lets players perform certain actions on blocks and entities, and a Void Pill grants the Unified status effect, which stops the player from taking or dealing damage. The original showcase release came before the pill additions that followed. Create: Testosterone can be added as an optional dependency, and the pills it supplies are handled by its own mod.

The mod is licensed under the MIT License and is open source, with public source code and an issue tracker. Files target Forge and NeoForge, with builds for 1.20 and 1.20.1, and the latest release is 1.1.1+1.20.1 for 1.20.1, published on 2026-01-06. Both the server and every player need it, and the addon recommends EMI, JEI or REI for browsing its recipes.
