Gale Daggers adds a set of Fabric daggers whose right-click dash moves the player forward along the camera direction, with each dagger tier giving its own speed, dash length and cooldown.
What it does
Six daggers make up the set, and each one is a tier with its own dash strength, dash duration and cooldown. Right-clicking performs a multi-tick dash in the direction the camera faces, and the dash carries the player smoothly across the ground instead of as a single jump. Crouching and right-clicking triggers a wind slash attack instead. Particles and sounds play during the dash, so the movement is visible to other players as well.
The Legendary tier is crafted from amethyst, using the same recipe as the main Gale Daggers with only the material changed, and the Diamond Legendary daggers are fireproof. Crafting uses a vertical recipe. Players looking for a movement-focused weapon that plays more like a custom ability than an ordinary item will find the set suited to that. Gale Daggers runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is released under the MIT License and is not open source. Files exist for 1.21.11 and 26.1.1, with 2.0.0 for 26.1.1 as the latest Fabric build, published 2026-04-03.
