FTB Ranks InventoryWeight lets server admins raise the maximum inventory weight a player can carry, using FTB Ranks permission nodes, through the MT Inventory Weight mod.
What it does
The add-on connects FTB Ranks with MT Inventory Weight. Admins assign flat percent multiplier bonuses to carry capacity through FTB Ranks rank permission values, and the add-on reads the FTB Ranks permission nodes to work out the final maximum weight for each player.
It runs on the server only, so players join without installing anything. It works in integrated single player, Open LAN and dedicated server setups. Installation needs Fabric API, FTB Library, Architectury API, MT Inventory Weight and FTB Ranks on the server. The add-on is published for Fabric only, for nine game versions 1.20.1 – 26.1.2, and is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 without being open source.
Key features
Rank-based carry capacity
Carry capacity bonuses are set per rank through FTB Ranks permission nodes, so higher ranks can carry more.
Flat max-weight bonuses
Flat max-weight bonuses can be added on top of the base limit for each rank, alongside percent multipliers.
Final result calculation
The add-on calculates the final maximum weight from the rank values and passes it to MT Inventory Weight.
Permission node reading
The add-on reads FTB Ranks permission nodes directly, so no separate weight config per player is needed.
