Rank Maker is a Fabric management mod that creates and grants ranks from chat commands typed in-game, for the rank system a server already runs.
What it does
Players with access can create a new rank by typing a command that sets a rank ID, a display name and a gradient running from a start color to an end color, each given as a hex value. The new rank is then granted to any player with a second command that takes the rank ID and the player name. The rank IDs that already exist can be listed in-game, which helps when choosing an ID.
The creation command is mainly used to modify an existing rank, such as the default rank, by recreating it under the same ID with different settings. The author notes that no color picker is included, so hex values must be looked up elsewhere; an online color search that shows a HEX value for a picked color is one option. Gradient names can also be prepared on sites that convert text into small capitals or gradient text, then pasted into the command. The author says further changes are planned.
