FTB Quests UI Overhaul

by r2beeaton

FTB Quests UI Overhaul replaces the standard FTB Quests screen on Forge 1.20.1 with a custom interface that is easier to navigate and closer to vanilla RPG menus.

What it does

The mod leaves the quest logic alone and changes how quests look and feel. Its custom screen is smoother to move through and simpler to read, with vanilla-like textures and UI tweaks that make starting, tracking and completing quests more direct. A quest that is still locked shows a lock pad, so its status is clear.

Questline panning scrolls along a fixed path, similar to how Advancements pan freely. In creative mode, extra customisation options become available, including a configurable questline background. The mod is a client-side visual addon, so servers run FTB Quests without it and players who install it keep their existing quests.

It depends on FTB Library and FTB Teamchitectury, and it is ported from FTB Quests. Public source code and an issue tracker are linked from the project. The mod is not open source, and it is released under All rights reserved. Files exist for 1.20.1 only, with 1.0.7 as the latest Forge file, published 2026-09-11.
