Fork Client
by Mahidx7
Fork Client is a client-side Fabric utility mod for Minecraft, with visual enhancements, customizable HUDs and quality-of-life additions for players.
What it does
Fork Client groups visual enhancements, customizable HUD elements and movement helpers in one lightweight client. Its customizable HUD Click GUI lets a player arrange and switch the on-screen elements, and the mod adds building tools, cinematic tools and performance optimizations alongside them.
Multiplayer features are handled through a server handshake system. Features that a server controls are governed by server-side permissions, and in single-player worlds every feature is enabled. Players on servers are asked to follow each server's rules when using client-side features. Fabric API is required, and the mod is published for Fabric Loader 0.19.5 and later, covering game versions 26.1.2 – 26.3 under the CC0 1.0 Universal license.
Key features
Customizable HUD Click GUI
A click-driven screen lets players set up the HUD layout and choose which on-screen elements appear.
Building tools
Utilities for building are included alongside the visual and movement additions.
Cinematic tools
Tools for recording footage and framing shots are part of the same client.
Server permission control
Multiplayer features pass through a handshake, and a server decides which of them are enabled for its players.

Use cases
Single-player building
A player working alone can use the building and HUD tools with every feature enabled.
Multiplayer play
Players on a server can use client-side features, as long as the server permits them through its handshake settings.
Who it’s for: Players who want a single client with HUD customization, building aids and cinematic tools, and server owners who want to control which client features their players use.
How it compares
Adaptive Mod is client-side only, has files for 26.2 and is not open source, with All rights reserved as its license. Meenu runs on client and server, is open source under the MIT License and covers 1.21 – 1.21.4, so it targets an older range. Zap's Enhanced HUD Utilities is also client-side only and open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, for 1.21.11 – 26.2, which overlaps Fork Client's HUD focus.
