FlowerCrops
by Artan'sMod
FlowerCrops lets players grow 25 kinds of flowers on farmland, and the flowers can be turned into dyes, pigments and colored clay.
What it does
Of the 25 flower types, 13 are default flowers and 12 are new. Each flower can be separated into petals, stems and roots, which the mod uses in its dye recipes. Shears split a flower into parts, and a Stone Mill grinds petals into unique dyes. The mill's recipe depends on the material it is made from, so iron, gold, diamond and netherite mills are each crafted separately, and the mill also produces clay balls that match its material.
The 12 new flowers are added to the Flower Forest biome, and tulips can produce 16 different dyes on their own. Dye output is multiplied by four, and the dyes are produced through a recipe the mod defines itself. Pigments are made from unique dyes with clay, and coal, water bottles and purified water feed a brewing stand for further pigments. Colored clay and ColorBricks16 flowerpots are also covered by the mod's recipes.
Installation needs Architectury API and Artan'sProjectCoreMod on either loader. The mod is published for Fabric and Forge for 1.19.2 and 1.20.1, under the MIT License, and is not open source. With Create installed, its mechanical saw separates flowers into parts, and its millstone and crushing wheel process petals, stems, roots and clay balls into unique dyes.
