Players who fight with End Crystals in PvP can use FastCrystal, a Fabric mod that changes how crystal placement and breaking are timed on the client.

What it does

FastCrystal handles End Crystal interactions on the client. It removes the interact and attack cooldowns that normally apply to crystals, so the client does not have to wait for the server before acting on a crystal. A removal packet is sent alongside the attack and interact packets, which lets crystals break and place almost at once, and explosion sounds and particles are shown in a faster, pinged-feeling sequence.

The mod is aimed at combat on multiplayer servers. Server owners can turn it off for their players by disabling the fastcrystal:disable channel, and a player whose server has done so will not get the speed-up. Installation requires Fabric API on Fabric. Only the client needs FastCrystal, while a server can run without it and simply skip the speed-up. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
