Extra Carpets
Extra Carpets adds 82 patterned carpets to Minecraft, with checks, spirals and designs that draw on other games and mods.
What it does
The 82 carpets follow the rules of vanilla carpets: their recipes, item tags and flammability behave the same way. Each carpet has a custom item model, and one item frame placed on a carpet shows the item at normal size. The mod is available for Forge and NeoForge, and its files cover 1.20.1, 1.20.4 and 1.21.1, with 1.1 as the latest file for each loader.
Players who build floors, rooms or themed areas can use the carpets as decoration. The author says more carpets and possible ports to Fabric may come with later updates. Extra Carpets runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. The code is not open source, and all rights are reserved, though public links to the source code and issue tracker exist.

What the author says
Do you ever just kinda lose the plot and make a Minecraft mod purely to add unnecessary amounts of carpets? No? Well GOOD FOR YOU however I did so here it is - enjoy! All 82 carpets have recipes and behave like vanilla carpets, including tags and flammability.
