Carpets that copy the texture of nearly every vanilla block are added by More Carpets, with about 240 new carpet types for players to craft.

What it does

Each new carpet takes its texture from a vanilla block, and the mod ships around 240 of them. A player first crafts a Carpet Frame, then combines it with a vanilla carpet recipe and the block texture wanted. Some carpets emit light like the blocks they copy, glass carpets can change the color of a beam from a beacon, and glazed terracotta carpets form directional 2x2 patterns. Several carpets need a particular recipe, which Enough Items (JEI) shows in its recipe view.

More Carpets requires Blackwolf Library and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with builds for 1.20.1 – 26.3 under All rights reserved, and it is not open source. Its textures can be overridden with resource packs as usual.
