Enhanced Potions

Enhanced Potions adds stronger tiers of the vanilla potions, such as Instant Health 3 and Strength 3, brewed through the brewing stand.
What it does
Enhanced Potions extends the potion tiers of the base game. Each potion gains a third level, and the second level can be reached by brewing it with a Nether Star. The new recipes are listed in a brewing stand recipe list, and JEI support is noted by the author as temporary work in progress.
The mod expands the vanilla potion set with a Haste Potion, which is brewed from Swiftness Potion and a Golden Apple. The author describes the potions as balanced around end game materials, so that stronger brews are not gained early in a world. Further potions are described as planned for later updates.
Enhanced Potions runs on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. It is published for Forge only, for 19 release versions covering 1.16 – 1.20.2. Its latest Forge file is 1.4 for 1.16.5, and the code is released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license, which is not open source.
Key features
Third potion tier
Instant Health, Strength, Swiftness, Slowness, Harming, Poison, Weakness and Jump Boost each gain a level 3 potion.
Nether Star tier
Level 2 versions of the same potions are brewed with a Nether Star, giving a middle step between base and level 3 brews.
Brewing stand recipe list
A list of the new recipes is shown for the brewing stand, so players can check ingredients without searching.
Haste Potion
A Haste Potion is brewed from a Swiftness Potion and a Golden Apple.
