Engination is a Fabric and Quilt gadget mod for adventure maps, convention centers and social builds, with launchers, conveyors, tomatoes and disappearing blocks.
What it does
Engination adds gadgets aimed at adventure maps and fun blocks for convention centers, so builders can set up playful mechanics without command blocks. Vertical launcher blocks send players upward, horizontal conveyor blocks carry them sideways, and landing pads cancel fall damage when a player lands on one.
Disappearing blocks turn insubstantial once a condition is met, such as punching them with a bare hand, and they reappear shortly after. Throwable tomatoes can be grown from seeds. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt, with the latest Fabric build being 2.1.4-alpha.1 for 1.20.4, released 2023-12-15 on the alpha channel. The Quilt file 2.1.3 covers 1.20.1. Builds exist for 1.19.2, 1.20, 1.20.1 and 1.20.4, and the code is released under the MIT License as open source.
