EndShip overhaul
by hwarne09
EndShip overhaul changes the End dimension by placing several End ships per city instead of one, with more of them drifting or docked across the void.
What it does
Each End city can hold multiple End ships. Some are docked to the structure and others float freely between islands. The ships are placed procedurally, and their size, orientation and cargo vary from one to the next, so a single outing through the End looks different each time.
The mod is a world generation addition for Fabric and runs on the server side alone, so players join without installing it. It requires Fabric API, and the files cover 1.21.11 only, with version 1.0.0 as the latest file from 2026-02-24. The code is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.
Key features
Several ships per city
Each End city can host multiple ships instead of a single End ship, so exploring one city leads to a whole group of vessels.
Docked and floating ships
Some ships stay attached to the structures while others drift freely through the void, which makes travel between them a challenge.
Varied loot layouts
Some ships hold rare enchanted gear, others contain several shulker boxes, and a few include custom mini-bosses and redstone puzzles.
Vanilla-friendly generation
New ships are generated alongside the vanilla End structures, and the settings can be adjusted to suit a world.

Use cases
Post-dragon exploration
Players who have defeated the Ender Dragon get more End content to explore, with ships to search for elytra and shulker shells.
Modpacks and multiplayer
Packs built around exploration, loot progression or multiplayer adventure can add the mod to a server to lengthen the late game.
Who it’s for: Server owners and players looking for more late-game content in the End dimension, especially those who want to search for loot and challenges after the Ender Dragon.
How it compares
Bigger Better End Cities is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, runs server-side only and covers 1.19 – 26.3 on Fabric. OldEndGen adds end rings for 26.3 on Fabric and needs both client and server, under the MIT License. Alien End is server required with optional client support, and is not open source.
