ElytraSwapper lets a player swap an elytra and a chestplate with one key press, and it is a client-side only Fabric and NeoForge mod.

What it does

Pressing the Y key on the keyboard swaps the elytra worn in the chestplate slot with a chestplate kept in the inventory, so flight gear can be switched in and out without opening the inventory. The swap works in singleplayer and in multiplayer. Only the client needs the mod, so a server can run without it while players still use the key. The mod requires no dependencies besides Fabric API on Fabric. Files exist for Fabric and NeoForge, with builds for 1.19 – 26.2 under a Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0 license, so the code is not open source.
