Easy Wool Cutter lets players craft colored wool from a single white wool block in a stonecutter, without dyes at a crafting table.
What it does
Easy Wool Cutter adds a stonecutter recipe that turns white wool into any of the 16 vanilla wool colors. In the stonecutter, a player puts down a white wool block and selects the wanted color from the list, which turns the conversion into a single step rather than a dye placed in a crafting grid. The mod is aimed at builders and decorators who recolor large amounts of wool and want to skip the dye-based process.
The mod is client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, covering 1.14.4 – 1.21.8 across 12 release versions. The latest Fabric file is 0.0.2 for 1.21.8, and the latest Forge file is 0.0.1 for 1.20.1. The code is under All rights reserved, so the mod is not open source. Public access is limited to an issue tracker.
