Divine, a Forge magic mod for 1.20.1, lets players progress through a series of abilities that build toward a divinity state loosely inspired by Fullmetal Alchemist.

What it does

Divine was previously known as Path Divinity. Progression begins by brewing: a Mundane Potion made with Rotten Flesh becomes Bottle Blood, which is brewed further into a Mysterious Fluid and then Black Fluid. Brewing Black Fluid with an Eye of Ender produces a Homunculus, the first step toward divinity. Using a Philosopher's Stone makes the player divine and opens the creative menu, with a caveat: the player can still lose divinity, though this is rare.

The mod's combat and utility abilities are bound to keys. Wielding this power comes with a toll, and the effects are fairly flashy. The mod requires LDLib and Photon Editor, and it is published for Forge only.

Key features

  1. Brewing progression

A chain of potions, from Mundane Potion to Black Fluid, leads to the Homunculus.

  2. Philosopher's Stone

Using the stone grants divinity, which opens the creative menu and makes the player very hard to kill.

  3. Keybound abilities

Mass Accumulation, Manifest Philosopher Stone, Red Pierce and Summon Evoker Fangs are each bound to a key.

  4. Soul cost

Manifesting the Philosopher's Stone consumes 999 souls, so the ability depends on collecting them first.

What the author says

Divine is a mod that enables the player, through a series of progressions, to obtain a form of immortality akin to creative mode with a caveat. Very loosely inspired by the anime Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Also note that the effects this mod uses can be rather flashy.
