Dungeon RPG: Permafrost sends players into frozen biomes, where a set of icy dungeons and structures hold special events, loot and survival challenges.
What it does
Several structures in frozen biomes carry special events. Players explore snowy landscapes, and the frozen dungeons present timed challenges where the cold works against them. Victory brings rewards and loot, and reaching them calls for planning, endurance and courage. Permafrost expands exploration in the Dungeon RPG line with harder, more unusual encounters.
The mod contains six dungeons, each with its own variant and surprises. One or two of the largest structures include two event variants and hidden chests. The dungeons are built on top of the XP: Dungeon Blocks mod, which is required, and its blocks give the icy structures a more mysterious, tension-filled atmosphere. Permafrost is released for Forge 1.20.1 only, and it runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
