Discarnate

A spirit can take control of a body that is placed in front of it, and the Spirit Channeler is the block that issues those instructions. Tasks are added as items in the channeler's slots, and a task runs over a period of time, with longer tasks taking more time. Wait tasks can be placed between other tasks to adjust the timing of an order. The channeler has a fixed number of usable slots, so a long order must be planned with care. Spirits prefer a Carved Pumpkin when they try to attract a body, which can make the process a little slower to start.

Each order draws a small toll of experience, and the body tool consumes what it takes to carry out the orders. Discarnate runs on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod, and it depends on Fabric API. Files exist for 1.12.2, 1.17.1, 1.18.2, 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20.1, 1.20.2 and 1.20.4, with the Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt loaders all covered.
