With Desire, players get extra placeable rocks, stone variants, copper pillars, terracotta mosaics and new crafting tweaks for building and decoration.
What it does
Desire focuses on simple gameplay tweaks that extend the classic experience. Its blockset covers an expanded range of stone types, including granite, diorite, andesite, mud, flintstone, gravel and sandstone, along with a complete calcite set, a new dripstone type, rough concrete, copper pillars and terracotta mosaics. Each addition is meant to bring original materials into the game alongside existing blocks.
The mod also adds crafting tweaks and new mechanics, and it brings in content from Bountiful Fares, Nature's Spirit and Jaden's Nether Expansion. Its author plans to keep the mod updated with the latest Minecraft releases and has ported it to the 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 versions. Fabric API is required, and the mod runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric only, and the code is covered by a custom license that is not open source.
