DarkQuesting

by GamerPotionDev

DarkQuesting is a quest mod for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt that turns advancement-based objectives into a three-level progression of rewards.

FabricForgeNeoForgeQuiltClient and serverAll rights reserved1.20.1 – 26.2

What it does

Players work through quests built on advancements, and each completed quest grants experience and rewards. Quests are split into three tiers, from the entry tier through to the hardest, and the final top-tier quest leads to a bonus quest. Some extra quests become available only when completed in a particular order, which gives a fixed path through the progression.

The mod also includes Creeper Casino, a minigame with two repeatable quests. Players can convert Rotten Flesh into Diamonds, then spend five Diamonds to play a roulette game that can award rare items across repeated plays. The casino should be played with an empty inventory and away from chests and shulker boxes. Server side is supported, but the server and every player must install it, since it runs on client and server.

DarkQuesting requires Fabric API on every loader. Files are published for 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2 and 26.2, and the latest builds are 1.3.4 for 26.2 on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with 1.1.8 for 1.20.1 on Quilt. The code is not open source, and all rights are reserved.
