Compressed Wooden Sword

Compressed Wooden Sword adds a wooden sword that players craft up through nine compression tiers, each tier made from nine of the previous one in a 3×3 grid.
What it does
Crafting starts from a plain stick. Nine sticks form a compressed stick, nine of those form a further tier, and the chain continues to an octuple compressed stick. The top sword in the series is built from the highest tier, and the stick chain returns to a vanilla stick by reversing the crafts. Each sword in the series carries a higher attack speed than the one below it.
The mod is a Fabric, Forge and NeoForge equipment addition for client and server. Both the server and every player need it, and Fabric API is required on Fabric. Files cover game versions 1.21.8 – 26.2 with five release versions, and the code is released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license, which places it in the public domain and is not open source.
