Croparium: Confluence Otherworld
by LitQA
Croparium: Confluence Otherworld turns farming into a source of minerals for the Confluence: Otherworld setting, with 28 mineral types grown on farmland.
What it does
The mod makes it possible to farm minerals in the Confluence: Otherworld setting. Crops are planted on farmland in the Overworld and grow in a way close to vanilla wheat, so a player collects minerals from fields rather than only from mining. Mineral collection is possible without digging alone.
Hydration works as in vanilla: a water source must sit within 4 horizontal blocks of the farmland, or the farmland reverts to stone. The mod covers 28 mineral types, and details such as how seeds are obtained and the planting steps for each type are not given here; crop growth stages are described in the Croparium mod, which this one requires.
Installation needs both Confluence: Otherworld and Croparium. The mod runs on Forge and NeoForge, and the server and every player need it. Its files target 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, and the code is under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial 4.0 license, so it is not open source.

Use cases
Mineral collection on a farm
Players who want minerals without constant mining can plant a field and water it near a source block.
Shared multiplayer farms
On a server, the farm works for every player who has the mod installed.
Who it’s for: Players of the Confluence: Otherworld setting who want an alternative to mining for minerals, and server owners running that setting with Forge or NeoForge.
How it compares
Better Experience of Confluence is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and runs on both sides for 1.20.1 – 1.21.1 on Forge and NeoForge. Mineral Chance is server-side only and covers Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt for 1.16.5 – 26.3, so players need nothing installed. Mine Mineral is client-side only for Forge and NeoForge, 1.20.1 – 1.21.4, with a different license and no open-source code.
