Mine Mineral is a Forge and NeoForge expansion for mining, adding ores, tools, mobs and biomes below the surface.
What it does
Players who dig deeper find new ores, tools and crafting materials, so progress in the underground follows a longer path than vanilla mining. The mod focuses on mining as the main activity, and the new content is tied to exploring further down and collecting resources that were not available before.
Mine Mineral also generates new biomes and mobs in the world, so mines and caves gain different terrain and creatures. It is client-side only, so only the client needs it and servers can run without it. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge, covering 1.20.1 and 1.21.4, and it is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
