Create Sifting

With Create Sifting, a sifter block joins the Create machinery, so hand sifting gives sand, gravel and seeds, and brass or other meshes separate out the rest.
What it does
Sifting is a block that sorts loose material through a mesh, a design inspired by the ex nihilo sieve. Four mesh types are available: string, andesite, brass and sturdy. The brass sifter is the only one that accepts the advanced meshes, and mesh durability can be changed in the config. By default the mesh affects hand sifting only, so machine-driven sifting follows different rules.
Create Sifting needs Create and Mechanicals Lib, and CraftTweaker, CreateTweaker, Just Enough Items (JEI), KubeJS and KubeJS Create are optional extras. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge across 7 release versions, 1.18.2 – 1.21.1, and the code is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, which makes it open source.
