With Create: Radars Refabricated, Create machinery gains radar bearings, scalable monitors and cannon controllers for tracking and targeting intruders.
What it does
Radars extend the Create mod with a radar bearing multiblock that detects nearby entities and shows them on a scalable monitor multiblock, giving a readable overview of an area at a glance. A radar's shape affects its detection capability, and a cannon controller can direct autocannons at intruders the radars have found, through a direct port connection.
The mechanics are loosely based on real detection technology but simplified, so builders focus on arranging animated components into different setups rather than working through dense interface menus. Many design choices are left open, and the mod suits contraptions, defensive builds and Create-based game setups on single-player and multiplayer worlds alike. Create: Radars Refabricated requires Create Fabric and Fabric API, and it is open source under the MIT License.
Installation needs Create Fabric and Fabric API, and the mod works on the Fabric loader for Minecraft 1.20.1 only. The latest file, 0.1.1+1.20.1, was published on 2025-05-04 on the alpha channel. Optional integrations exist with CC: Tweaked, Create Big Cannons and Valkyrien Skies.
