Create Curio Goggles puts Engineer's Goggles into the Curios head slot, so a player can wear them there while keeping the helmet slot free.

What it does

Without this mod, Engineer's Goggles are worn in the armor head slot, where they replace the helmet. Create Curio Goggles moves them to a Curios head slot on Minecraft 1.16.5, which the Create and Curios API mods provide. The stress information overlay still shows while the goggles are worn there, so the function of the goggles does not change.

The mod was written for 1.16.5 because newer Create releases already support Curios built in. It fills that gap on the older version only. Other mods in the same space either add new helmet items or provide vanilla helmet and goggles combination items that are no longer maintained. This mod does one thing: it places Engineer's Goggles in the Curios head slot.

Installation needs Create and Curios API on Forge. The mod is published for Forge only, for 1.16.5, with 0.0.4 as the latest file. Only the client needs it, and the server can run without it. It is released under the MIT License and is open source, with a public source code repository and issue tracker.
