Crag adds a Nether-centered exploration and combat expansion for Fabric, with two new biomes, several new mobs and candle-themed items.
What it does
Crag adds two new biomes to the Nether, among them Ashen Crags and Onyx Brinepools. The new terrain holds several new mobs, including Sundergut, Bull Sundergut, Lamp Moth, Candlewick and Trawler. The mod is described by its author as a combat and utility expansion that centers on the Nether.
A set of building blocks made from pumice is added for construction, and a new unconventional weapon joins the equipment. Many of the features are themed around candles and wax, including Pyriferrum Candelabra, Blast Lamps and Blast Sparks, and a special utility doubles the light source of a block.
Crag is a Fabric mod for 1.21.1 – 1.21.4, published in four release versions. The server and every player need the mod installed. The code is available as a public source repository, but the mod itself is all rights reserved and is not open source. The author notes that the project is a work in progress with more features planned.
