With Configuration, mod authors and server owners get a library that generates an editing screen for each config file.

What it does

Configuration is a lightweight library that aims to make config handling the same across Fabric, Forge and NeoForge. Every config it registers gets a UI generated automatically, so players edit values in-game without touching the file. The mod is open source under the MIT License and is published for loaders Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 23 release versions, 1.16.5 – 26.3. It runs on client and server, and it is required by 15 other mods, among them Aurae!, GregTech CEu Modern, VanitySlots, Collectors Album and Advancement Border.
