Clean F3
by tyrannus
With Clean F3 installed, the debug screen opened with F3 shows fewer lines, because the mod removes entries that most players never read.
What it does
The mod targets the debug overlay that Minecraft opens with F3. It drops lines that add clutter for everyday play, and it also hides debug entries that other installed mods add to the same screen. Those mods are not named here because the list is open-ended.
Each removal can be switched on or off in a configuration screen built with MidnightLib, so players choose which lines stay visible. Clean F3 is client-side only: only the client needs it, and a server does not have to run it. The code is open source under the MIT License, and files are published for Fabric and NeoForge. The Fabric builds cover 1.17.1 – 1.21.8, and the NeoForge file is for 1.21.1 on the beta channel.
The mod requires Forgified Fabric API, MidnightLib and Sinytra Connector. Sinytra Connector is what lets the Fabric build run on NeoForge.
Key features
Trimmed debug overlay
Lines that add little value during normal play are removed from the F3 screen, leaving a shorter list.
Third-party debug lines
Debug entries added by other installed mods are removed from the same screen, so the overlay stays shorter.
Per-line settings
Each removal can be toggled in the configuration screen, so a player can restore any line at any time.
Configuration screen
Settings open in a screen rendered by MidnightLib, with no config file editing needed.

Use cases
Everyday play
Players who open F3 only now and then can read the remaining lines without wading through entries meant for developers.
Streaming and screenshots
A cleaner overlay makes the debug screen easier to show on camera or in a screenshot.
Who it’s for: Players who use the debug screen casually and find the default list cluttered. Users reporting bugs to a mod author should re-enable any debug line the author asks for.
How it compares
ModernFix-mVUS is a ModernFix variant for 1.21.5 – 26.3 on Fabric and NeoForge, under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and it works on either side, and neither side needs it. ImmediatelyFast Backport is client-side only, for Fabric 1.16.5, under the same license. ModernFix covers 1.16.4 – 26.1.2 on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and either side can run it without needing it. Clean F3 differs by being client-side only and targeting debug lines rather than performance.
