Clean Chit Chat
Clean Chit Chat is a NeoForge server mod that removes the default server chat and replaces it with a ranked chat display for 1.21.1.
What it does
Chat Ranks, such as those from FTB Ranks or LuckPerms, drive the cleaned-up chat lines, so players see their rank beside their name. The mod runs on the server only, so players join without installing anything. Only NeoForge builds exist, for 1.21.1 alone, and the latest file is 1.0.1 for 1.21.1, published 2026-09-09.

Server chat replacement
Strips the standard server chat formatting and substitutes a simpler line for each message.
Runtime toggles
Commands such as chitchat enable, chitchat disable and chitchat reload switch the feature or reload its settings without a restart.
Bracket and separator options
chitchat bracket and chitchat separation, with their off variants, control the brackets and separators around each name.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
