Chroma Names lets players give chat names animated colored effects, with Minecraft's default colors or custom HEX values, through prefixes and suffixes.

What it does

Players can attach animated color effects to their chat name. The effect can use one of Minecraft's default colors or a custom HEX color, and prefixes and suffixes can be added around the name. The settings are opened with a default key that brings up the configuration screen, where the player picks the effect.

Chroma Names runs on Fabric and is published for 26.3, with files covering 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.10, 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3 in the 1.21.1 – 26.3 range. Either side can run it, and neither needs it. The license is All rights reserved, and the mod is not open source.
