CC: Restitched brings the ComputerCraft Tweaked programmable computers and monitors to Fabric and Quilt, in a port for 1.16.2 – 1.19.3.
What it does
Computers, turtles and monitors from the CC: Tweaked project run on Fabric and Quilt through this port. Monitors can follow the player, and a screen grows larger the closer a player gets to it, so text stays readable at a distance. The mod is maintained as a Fabric port and keeps the Lua side of the project close to upstream: lua code taken from CC: Tweaked is not altered here, and changes to the in-game rom are meant for the upstream project.
Builds cover 1.16.2 – 1.19.3 with twelve release versions, and the latest file for 1.19.3 was published on 2022-12-09 on the beta channel. Development builds are available from GitHub Actions, where the plain jar goes into the mods folder. The code is under a custom license and is not open source, although a source repository, an issue tracker and a wiki are public. Client and server both need the mod, and Ducky Peripherals, CCNetworks, F-Tech: Robots | CC Compat and Polymer Patch for CC:Tweaked are among the mods that work alongside it.
Three catalog mods require CC: Restitched: Handles, Allium Peripherals and CC Fabric Energy. Installation on Fabric or Quilt is otherwise self-contained, and the mod is not published for Forge or NeoForge.
