Carpet-Fixes is a Carpet extension for Fabric and Quilt that patches a long list of vanilla Minecraft bugs, with more than 220 individual fixes.
What it does
The mod builds on Carpet, which is required and must be installed alongside it. Its stated aim is to correct as many vanilla bugs as its authors can address, and its settings are listed in a documented set of options. Several fixes target memory leaks on both the client and the server, and others change how block state culling is handled, which the authors describe as a performance change.
Files are published for Fabric and Quilt across 14 game versions, 1.17 – 1.20.4, with 1.17.0 for 1.20.4 as the latest file on each loader. The client, the server or both can run it, and no side requires it. The code is open source under the MIT License, and snapshot builds are published as well.
