What it does

The mod patches memory leaks that accumulate over long sessions, and its author describes the fixes as working on both the client and the server. Because it only addresses leaks, it does not replace general optimization mods; the author suggests pairing it with a set of performance mods, which are named on the project page but not part of this entry.
