What it does
Hovering over a block brings up a tooltip that states whether the current tool and mining level can break it. The display is modeled on Waila Harvestability and the mod is a fork of that project, adapted to Fabric's mining level system. Both the server and every player need it, and it depends on the Fabric API for Fabric loader 1.20.1 and earlier builds.
