Call to Battle
by Beardielover
Call to Battle turns Minecraft into a World War II shooter, with over 300 guns, vehicles and multiplayer maps for Forge and NeoForge.
What it does
The mod converts the game into a World War II setting. Its guns come with detailed models and combat mechanics: damage depends on caliber and where a shot lands, and guns can get dirty or jam. Attachments such as scopes and bayonets are sorted into their own category. Grenades, knives, swords and many vehicles, including jeeps and troop transports, complete the combat content.
Multiplayer is the main focus. A official server hosts close to 100 maps across several game modes: capturing enemy bases, assault, defending a base, a final stand, an engagement mode where teams try to capture and hold points, and a Frontline mode where the battle lines shift during a match. Players pick from classes such as Rifleman, Assault, Technician, Support and Marksman.
Call to Battle requires Call to Battle Vehicles Addon, which must be installed alongside it. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Files exist for Forge and NeoForge across 7 release versions, 1.12.2 – 1.20.6, and the code is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.
