Blueprint (API)
by Brawls
Blueprint (API) is a Fabric library that other mods use to save and load structures of any size, and it is built for developers who need that capability.
What it does
Blueprint gives developers a shared way to handle structures. Other mods call its API to save a build and load it back, and the saved structure keeps its size, so the library works with builds of any dimensions. Because it is a library, a player does not use it directly; it adds no commands or items of its own, and its effect appears only in the mods that depend on it.
Blueprint runs on the client, the server or both, and neither side is required to have it. It needs Fabric API, Fabric Language Kotlin and Slate. Files cover 1.21.8 – 1.21.11 and are released under the MIT License, so the source code is open source and public.
Key features
Infinite structure sizes
Builds can be developed at any size, with no fixed limit on width, height or depth.
Saving and loading
Structures are saved with their size and loaded back intact, so a build keeps its dimensions.
Developer API
Other mods call Blueprint to store and restore structures, so each mod does not need its own format.
