Blockgame Tooltips, a Fabric utility by BluePanda22, shows extra client-side tooltips on items to display their stats and useful details.
What it does
Hovering over an item in the Blockgame setting brings up tooltips that show stat values and other details that help with visualization. The additions are drawn on the client alone, so the change applies only to the player's screen and needs nothing from the server.
Installation requires Cloth Config API, Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin, and Mod Menu is optional for opening the settings screen. Builds are published for Fabric on 1.20.2 only, with 0.1.3 as the latest file from 2024-09-04. The code is open source under the MIT License, and the project links to its source and issue tracker.
The author has noted that Blockgame is set to move over to Hytale in the near future, which would make this mod obsolete. The mod was first published on 2024-08-26 and last updated on 2024-09-04, and the beta testing stat values are part of its development notes.
