by ZeenyWeenyMC

Bloccupations adds decoration blocks that also carry working functions, plus ores, bombs, storage barrels and a chest-locking system, for Fabric and Quilt on 26.1.2.

What it does

Many decoration blocks in the mod do more than sit on a wall. Several blocks interact with players and their surroundings, so a build can be both ornamental and functional. Among the added items are ores that craft into customizable bombs, barrels with 128 slots, and a modular system for locking chests. Enchanted ender pearls, multi-use totems and infinity paxels also appear among the new items.

The content extends beyond building. New cyclops entities appear across three dimensions, some hostile with poisonous darts and magic, others neutral or passive and willing to barter. Defeating them grants rewards. New beetle-like insects and arachnids spawn in specific locations and drop unique items, which gives exploration a reason. Spicy peppers and fire beans with their own effects are among the small novelty items.

The mod runs on both client and server, so the server and every player need it. It requires Fabric API. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt, and the three release versions covered are 26.1, 26.1.1 and 26.1.2, with 1.0.0 for 26.1.2 as the latest file. The code is not open source and is released as All rights reserved, which means redistribution is restricted.
