AzureLib is a Bedrock-model animation library that lets other mods drive custom models and animations for items, blocks and entities.

What it does

Other mods use AzureLib to play 3D keyframe animations on custom models, with more than 30 easing curves, several animations running at once, and sound, particle and event keyframes. Ornithe Standard Libraries and StationAPI are required dependencies, and about 50 catalog mods depend on it, including Eldritch End and Dark Waters. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Quilt, Babric and Ornithe, with files covering b1.7.3 – 26.3 and snapshot builds available. The code is open source under the MIT License, and both the server and every player need the library installed.

  1. Keyframe animation

    Models can be animated with 3D keyframes that interpolate smoothly between poses across a timeline.

  2. Easing curves

    More than 30 easing functions shape how keyframes accelerate and slow down, giving animators control over motion.

  3. Sound and particle keyframes

    Keyframes can trigger sounds and particle effects at chosen moments of an animation.
