AzureLib Armor
by AzureDoom
AzureLib Armor is a library that gives armor models animation support on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, stripped down to the armor use case.
What it does
Other mods use the library to attach animated, custom-modeled armor to items, so their armor pieces can move beyond static textures. The library itself adds no armor of its own; it supplies the rendering and animation code that dependent mods call.
Twelve catalog mods list it as a requirement, among them Eldritch End, Death Knights (RPG Series) and Conquest's Medieval Armors and Weapons. Installation needs only AzureLib Armor on the matching loader. Files cover 1.20.1 – 1.21.1, and the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need it.
Key features
Animated armor models
Armor pieces added by dependent mods can play model animations instead of showing a single fixed pose.
Armor-only scope
The library is trimmed to armor rendering, leaving out the wider feature set of the full library.
Four loaders
A build exists for each of Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with the latest files targeting 1.21.1.
