Automated Crafting
With Automated Crafting, a single block called the Automated Crafting Table crafts items from a recipe pattern placed in its inventory, driven by redstone.
What it does
The mod adds one block, the Automated Crafting Table, which takes items from hoppers and droppers, lays them out in a recipe grid and emits a redstone signal when it crafts. Simple mode, quasi-connectivity, redstone dust redirection and continuous crafting from a powered state are optional settings, and a comparator can read the output while it holds items. Stripped wood logs can stand in for their unstripped variants in a recipe.
The mod runs on Fabric and Quilt, with builds covering 1.17 – 1.21 across 16 release versions. Both the server and every player need it, since the client and server environment applies. A converter updates older worlds that used the previous crafting table to the Crafter block introduced in 1.21, and the mod is open source under the MIT License, so it can be ported to other loaders by anyone. Mod Menu and Cloth Config are optional; without Cloth Config the options use default values.
Key features
Single crafting block
The Automated Crafting Table is the only block the mod adds, and it fills itself from the items placed into it.
Redstone controls
Quasi-connectivity, redstone dust redirection and a continuous crafting mode can be enabled, and a comparator reads the output while it is not empty.
Simple mode
A simpler crafting mode can be switched on in the settings for players who need fewer options.
Translation updates
Translators can help through Crowdin, and approved translations arrive without the mod needing an update.
