AutoAuth is a Fabric client mod that handles the AuthMe register and login prompts on servers that use basic authentication.

What it does

Servers that run the AuthMe plugin ask each player to register and log in with a password. AutoAuth takes over that step on the client, so players do not have to type or store their passwords for each server by hand. The mod is small and only manages the client-side basic authentication flow, with Fabric API required alongside it. It is client-side only, so servers run without it, and the code is open source under the MIT License. Files are published for 1.20.1 only, with 2.0.2 as the latest Fabric build from 2023-09-25.
