Armor Stand Poses
by legopitstop
Armor Stand Poses adds a set of ready-made poses to armor stands, matching the poses offered on Bedrock Edition, and lets redstone switch between them.
What it does
Armor stands gain named poses such as the default, solemn and brandish positions, plus a no-pose option. A pose is chosen through an item, and the mod also exposes the same selection to redstone so a stand can change position without a player touching it.
Poses are stored as data, so a datapack can define new ones. The mod is server required and client optional: the server must run it for poses to work, while players may leave it out. It is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and its files cover 1.20 – 26.3 under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial No Derivatives 4.0 license, which is not open source.
Key features
Built-in pose set
Five named poses ship with the mod, including default, solemn and brandish, plus an option that removes any pose.
Pose selection item
A single item selects the pose of a stand, so players can change positions without commands.
Redstone control
Redstone signals can switch an armor stand between poses, which suits displays and scenes that change on their own.
Data-driven poses
Datapacks can define additional poses, letting map makers and server owners add positions beyond the built-in set.

Use cases
Map scenes
Adventure maps and story builds can place stands in set positions that match the scene.
Shop and display rooms
Redstone switching lets stands change pose on a timer or trigger, so displays look alive without manual edits.
Who it’s for: Server owners and map makers who want Bedrock-style armor stand poses on Java Edition, and builders who need stands in fixed positions for scenes.
How it compares
Strike a Pose covers a similar pose set and works on the server alone, with clients free to skip it; it is released under All rights reserved and has files for 1.21 – 26.2. Mannequins also works on the server alone, with clients free to skip it, and is open source under the MIT License for 1.21.10 – 26.3.
