Apple Jam
by pe3ep
Apple Jam is a Fabric client mod that changes how inventory jamming works on macOS, so players can use the same parkour timing as on other systems.
What it does
Apple Jam buffers the movement keys while a menu is open, which lets a player who jams the inventory by holding Forward and Jump keep the timing expected for a 0-tick jam. The author describes the fix as a response to the parkour community's inventory jamming technique, which does not behave consistently on macOS. Windows and Linux already match the vanilla behavior in most cases, and the mod brings macOS in line with them.
Apple Jam requires Fabric API and runs on the client alone, so players install it while servers stay untouched. It is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and the project's source code and issue tracker are public. Files target 26.3 with the latest build dated 2026-09-24, across six release versions 1.21.11 – 26.3.

What the author says
This is a very simple mod designed to do one thing: add inventory jam support to macOS. According to the Minecraft Parkour Wiki, inventory jamming is opening the inventory, holding Forward + Jump, then closing the inventory to consistently perform a 0-tick timing (jam).
