by ChickenSir

Additional Decorations is a small Fabric mod that adds vanilla-friendly decorative blocks, from ingot stacks to clay buckets and wood stumps, for 1.20.1.

FabricClient and serverMIT LicenseOpen source1.20.1

What it does

The mod adds decorative blocks that sit comfortably alongside vanilla building materials. Its content covers ingot stacks, brick stacks based on the regular nether brick, a clay bucket, wood stumps and wood pallets in several wood variants, and rocks in stone, granite, diorite and andesite. Each block has a crafting recipe, so it can be made in survival without commands.

Fabric API is required and must be installed alongside Additional Decorations. The mod runs on the client and the server, so a server owner and every player need it. Builds are published for Fabric only, for Minecraft 1.20.1, and the license is MIT with open source code.

Key features

  1. Ingot stacks

Stacked ingot blocks give a compact way to store and display metal ingots in builds and storage rooms.

  2. Brick stacks

Brick blocks based on the regular nether brick add a decorative option for walls, floors and trim.

  3. Wood stumps and pallets

Wood stumps and pallets come in several wood variants, so rustic and yard-style scenes can use matching pieces.

  4. Rock blocks

Rocks in stone, granite, diorite and andesite provide natural-looking blocks for landscaping and terrain edges.
