With Accessories Compatibility Layer installed, Trinkets and Curios equipment routes through the Accessories framework on Fabric and NeoForge.
What it does
The mod wraps Trinkets and Curios so that both APIs run on top of Accessories. Mixin patches adapt the two mods, and all of their equipment screens and renderings are unified into the Accessories screen for now. The goal is one accessory system for a modpack that mixes Trinkets and Curios content.
Required dependencies are Accessories, Curios API, Trinkets and oωo (owo-lib). A connector mod can bring Trinkets or Curios support to Fabric or NeoForge. The environment is client and server, and files are published for 1.21.1 on Fabric and NeoForge, the latest being 0.1.12, dated 2026-02-06, on the beta channel. The mod is open source under the MIT License.

Known gaps
Active states are not implemented, so mods that depend on them cannot control equipped accessory states. ICurioSlotExtension is also missing, which blocks stack replacement and tooltip changes.
