AbyssTech
by owl7892
AbyssTech is a NeoForge mod for 1.21.1 that blends magic and technology, letting players craft constructs that harvest abyssal essence.
What it does
Players use abyssal essence, a resource that differs from the other magic sources in the world, to craft magical artifacts and constructs. Constructs can condense essence until it is strong enough to power machines. Essence pillars produce and collect abyssal essence, and funnels and jars move it between points, so these rituals can be automated.
Constructs can also grind and boil down resources into new ingredients, and summon mobs as part of their effects. Players make sacrifices and set up a large magic laser, and a monitoring and scrubbing system tracks the instability that constructs cause. Staffs and magic rituals can be tuned, and a story is uncovered through the study of the essence and the visions it brings.
The mod is client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is released under the MIT License and is not open source. Files target 1.21.1 only, and the latest file is 0.1.5-mc1.21.1-neoforge, published on 2026-07-31 on the beta channel. The mod was first published on 2025-09-04.

Under the peaceful tones of what is now is a new texture through a song of what could become, another world clashing at the boundary of green meadowed homes. A solemn…
