With Zombies Hates Light installed, zombies on a server will try to destroy the light sources that players place.

What it does

Zombies in the world take aim at light sources and try to break them. The list of lights they target is hard coded in the mod: wall torches and redstone lamps are among the blocks named by the author. There is no config file yet, because the author has not built a configuration system for the mod.

Only the server needs the mod, so players join without installing anything. The mod requires Obsidian Weave, which must also be present on the server. Current files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with builds for 1.20.1, 1.21.1 and 26.1, and the latest file for 26.1 is dated 2026-03-25.
